These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the molxide.com platform operated by Molxide S.A. By accessing and using this site, you accept these terms in their entirety.
1. Definitions
Platform: the molxide.com website and all its associated services. User: any person who accesses or uses the Platform. Investor: user who participates in real estate crowdlending opportunities. Project: real estate venture available for investment on the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use our investment services, you must: be at least 18 years old, be a legal resident of Argentina or have legal capacity to invest in Argentina, provide accurate and complete information during registration, and accept these Terms and Conditions.
3. Services Offered
Molxide provides a real estate crowdlending platform that connects investors with real estate development projects. We facilitate collective investment in verified projects, provide detailed information about each project, and manage the distribution of returns according to the terms of each investment.
4. Investment Risks
Investment in real estate crowdlending involves significant risks. Invested capital is not guaranteed and you may lose part or all of your investment. Past returns do not guarantee future returns. We recommend investing only capital that you can afford to lose.
5. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to: provide truthful and updated information, maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials, not use the Platform for illegal activities, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Molxide S.A. or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual property laws of Argentina.
7. Limitation of Liability
Molxide S.A. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount invested by the user on the Platform.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after their publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
